Helpful staff throughout. Pet-friendly and great-sized rooms, with a lot of space. Bright decoration in the rooms, particularly good location.

Everyone who worked there was attentive and very very helpful. The room I booked was very clean & nicely updated and available on level 3.

Its location was indeed good and only 5 minutes walk from Washington Street Mall. Every staff member was very helpful and amiable...

Everything was amazing during 2 days, enjoyed its absolutely perfect and favourable location just off Congress Hall and all that makes Cape May special and the end of the boardwalk park and park on the property. The team provided a friendly service and the room was pet-friendly and good sized with a pullout couch and drinks, as example.

Their staff were absolutely rude.

The setting was quite unbeatable and amazing within easy reach of Washington Street Mall. Nothing to complain about, I liked the stay and would love to come back here some time.

Beach front location, beach bar with fire pit, lovely swimming pool, sun decks, free sunbeds on the beach, huge room. Wish we had stayed longer. We drove the whole length of the New Jersey shore. Cape May was by far the nicest place to stay.

I very much appreciated the proximity to the beach and the amenities offered.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the bright and clean room with plenty of space and great kitchen facilities. The walk along the shore was enjoyable and we found a delicious breakfast just two blocks away. The highlight was the bonfire and reggae music, a great feature that made us want to come back to the shack for sure!

Felt like a home away from home, nothing was too much trouble.

Great hotel managed by outstandingly accommodating people. The venue was in a beachfront location near to including Washington Street Mall and featuring a great menu and Close to restaurants.

Proximity to everything and the bar had a good firepit to lounge around and socialize including good live music.

Too expensive for the quality of room. Bathroom awful too small had to climb over the garbage pail to reach the shower and the sinks backed up - they did not fix it even after i complained

The beautifully maintained and nicely updated room with all facilities. Bonus point for WiFi and coffee. Very very helpful stuff, friendlyservices, including lots of great delicacies. The pool area is heated too.

The room itself was brand-new and well-maintained with towels lounge chairs and coffee maker, as example as advertised. Amazing beachfront location right by the beach near center town and the mall where there are shops and the coolest bar / restaurant on the strip.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't have been better - just a quick walk across the street and we were on the beautiful beach. The hotel provided beach tags, umbrella, chairs, and towels, making our beach experience even more convenient and enjoyable. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with friendly and professional staff that went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was spacious and super clean, with fabulous views. We were also impressed with the amenities provided, including heating, air conditioning, mini-bar, and garden furniture. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone.

All in all, this hotel is a fantastic choice for a luxurious and comfortable stay. You won't be disappointed!

Unbeatable and good location next to attractions and restaurants and shops and the center of the city, super base for visiting restaurants and bars walking distance to the hotel. Pet-friendly and good sized rooms and very comfy beds.
